Midday (3)
Smart Ones - chicken, potato, added yellow squash - 3
Evening (15)
martini - 2, chicken lettuce wraps - 2, beef szechuan - 2, duck w/ hoisen sauce - 7, rice - 2
Total = 26 - 1 banked point = 25
Need to drink water.
exercise - just stretching - need to recover from Sat and doing track on Monday
