I can't believe its not butter
 

Is this considered Core? I looked at the ingredients and it says 0fat on it. What else can I use thats on Core? Thanks

i'd say this is core. have you tried butter buds or molly mcbutter? i also use butter-flavored pam spray.

ALL sprays have 0 points for the few sprays listed on the can. When you use more, you have to start counting points because they all contain oil. I think it's like 25 sprays for a point. Maybe someone can tell you for sure. I don't use them.

Should I use butter buds instead, is that core? I was thinking of doing a whole wheat pasta w/"butter" and garlic and tomatoes, so I'm looking for the best "butter" that I can use a lot of.

i don't know. some people would use non core and count the points. maybe somebody else has an idea. i'm sorry i'm no help.
