Returning to Core

  • Hi there. I don't post at 3FC too often, so I hope I can jump into the core group here.

    I have done core in the past, and this time around on WW, I started off with core but felt I was not stopping when I needed to, so I switched back to flex. I did great for about three weeks....I started eating too many "treats" and then before I knew it, I was off the wagon. I made the executive decision (hehehe) to return to core today. I think I need core to be more accountable of what I'm eating and eat better overall.

    Looking forward to getting acquainted with everybody!!!

  • kim. i tend to treat myself too much, too, and do best when i eat mainly core.

    I am new to the core board and am just starting the plan today, so I can't brag yet. I've done flex before, but like you, I need more accountability. My start weight is 187 and my goal is 145. I have lost 4 on my own so far, by cutting out the sweets and not eating after 8 p.m. Lets go through this journey together. Feel free to add me to your buddy list and email me anytime.
