Hope you don't mind that I started this thread-
I am trying to play it smarter today. I also picked a few more carb type foods today than I have been to help. I started to workout yesterday so my body probably needs a little more anyhow. Good carbs though...:) Here's bfast and lunch: (Used 2.5 pts so far today) Friday, November 10, 2006 Morning 1 cup The Original Shredded Wheat, spoon-size 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk 1 medium banana(s) Subtotal 0 Midday 2 slice light whole wheat bread 1 3/4 cup grapes 1 cup Split Pea with Ham Soup 2 wedge Light Creamy French Onion 1.5 (Laughing cow cheese):) mmmm...
