lunch - core pizza pasta, carrots, apple
snack - yogurt and banana
dinner - some sort of core leftovers.

l--3 shrimp, 1 egg roll, rice/peas
s--ww cake
d--small amount of chicken/dumplings (didn't taste good. i wasted pts)
s--popcorn!!!
