Wonderful Wednesday Menu, October 25, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, banana, skim, equal

  • BF -skipped, wi day!
    lunch - core pizza pasta, carrots, apple
    snack - yogurt and banana
    dinner - some sort of core leftovers.
  • b--banana
    l--3 shrimp, 1 egg roll, rice/peas
    s--ww cake
    d--small amount of chicken/dumplings (didn't taste good. i wasted pts)
    s--popcorn!!!
