Default Start Over Sunday Menu, October 22, 2006

Breakfast: Slept through it.

Lunch: Core cottage cheese oatmeal pancake with SF maple syrup.

Dinner: Chipotle Burrito bowl (chicken, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot sauce. pinto beans, cheese for points, guacamole), one serving of brown rice made at home with chicken broth.

i'm not sure yet but know i'll be eating mainly core. i'll eat within 24 pts, total.

b--slept
l--black-eyed peas, 2 polenta cakes, raw onion, 2 oz salami
d--1 tortilla, ff/rf beans, 1 oz beef, cheese, 6 pts of the lemon pop cake.

an amendment:

I came in from walking the dogs to a prepared breakfast. I could not, would not say no.

SO,

B: banana, Red River Cereal, sugar free jam, 2 pieces WW whole wheat toast, 1 glass of lf milk.

Nothing wrong with your menu, Rhonda. I'm off to edit mine. When I get too hungry I go crazy. That's why the Core plan is for me. It takes the pressure off.
