Lunch: ? Dinner: Pork Chops baked with mushrooms and brown rice/chicken broth, double serving of fresh broccoli (with smart balance light as my healthy oil for today) Snack: Natural Ovens cookies and a cup of hot decaf tea with skim and equal |
i'm not going to post today's menu, but i will tomorrow's. it's been bad.

thank you, kathy. i'll be posting tomorrow. i need the accountability. i feel like i've gained 30 lbs today. i know i haven't, but i'm about ready to panic.

Here's my menu for Monday. Four litres (more than a quart) of disgusting stuff in order to prepare for a colonoscopy this afternoon :p
