  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: LO ww angel hair and marinara, LO lemon garlic chicken thigh

    Snack: Kiwi

    Dinner: Char grilled steak, steamed veggies, and maybe a potato for the last of my points

    Snack: Milk
