  • Breakfast: Eggbeater omelet with turkey sausage (points), avocado, and salsa, whole wheat toast with smart balance (points)

    Lunch: Small bowl of shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Dinner: So NOT Core and now I'm sure I'm out of points until next Monday. Liver and Onions and well done bacon, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes

    Nothing else. I'm done now.
