Lunch: LO tamale pie and FF sour cream
Snack: Kiwi or FF cottage cheese and double serving of pineapple
Dinner: Chicken Cacciatore with ww rotini, double serving of wax beans
Snack: Hot tea with skim and equal

No food here so far -- I'm at work. But this is the plan for the rest of the day ...
L: Starkist tuna cup, SF jello
S: popcorn
D: soup with chicken, rotel, black beans and corn; polenta cakes if I feel industrious after working all day
And a ton of water
b--banana
l--the plan is for kid's order of chicken tenders, green beans, ranch for dipping.
