Lunch: 2 pieces of 7 grain bread toasted and spread with smart balance light margarine, 2 pieces FF Bordens american cheese slices (points for all)
Dinner: Core Cola chicken, oven fries and double serving of fresh green beans
Dessert: Core Frosty smoothie
