    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, large banana, skim, equal

    Lunch: 2 pieces of 7 grain bread toasted and spread with smart balance light margarine, 2 pieces FF Bordens american cheese slices (points for all)

    Dinner: Core Cola chicken, oven fries and double serving of fresh green beans

    Dessert: Core Frosty smoothie
  • i started not to post my menu because it isn't much core at all today. but here it is. i did stay within my pts.

    d--4 pts bacon cooked in the micro wave/2 slices diet bread/lettuce/tomatoes
