Thoughtful Thursday Menu, September 7, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: HC Split Pea soup with some oyster crackers (points)

    Snack: Cantaloupe

    Dinner: Core White Chicken Chili with Core Corncakes cooked in healthy oil

    Dessert: Core Dreamsicle

    One WW mint patty (1 point)

    I'm trying not to eat after dinner but I am craving popcorn
  • bf - pumpkin snack bread and a banana
    lunch - chicken, lentil and quinuoa stew, carrotts
    snack - pudding/apple
    dinner -- probably a salad with grilled chicken. DH want take out pizza for his birthday dinner - need to avoid that and his cake!

    Boy, that sounds just like yesterday and probably tomorrow as well! Thats what happens when I make things on the weekend.

    s: banana
    d: Shrimp Jambalaya, something else, milk

    s: popcorn
