(Probably stir fry veggies OR tuna/10 wheat crackers) S: ? D: Homemade Nachos: 1 Serving (approx 10 huge chips) of lay's light tortilla chips, 1/2 cup 93% lean ground taco beef, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (or less), 2 tbsp of light sour cream, jaleopeno peppers diced, petite diced tomatoes, diced 1-2 servings of black olives. |
