  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and peaches; 16 ounces of black decaf coffee

    Walk on treadmill for 35 minutes (3 points); 32 ounces of water

    Lunch: Tamale pie; 16 ounces of water

    Walked in pool for 45 minutes (3 points). Ran in pool for 15minutes (1 point).

    Dinner: Smothered Barley Chicken, fresh green beans

    Snack: Hot tea and rest of daily skim. 1 natural ovens chocolate raspberry cookie (3 points)

    Earned 7 AP's today. Total earned for week 10.

    Use 3 WPA's. Balance for week 26.
