Two pounds in two weeks.

i saw the top ater i wrote that , sorry. thanks kat b2in 2 is so do-able!

And andrea, I was going to mention but forgot last night ... feel free to lose as much as you want during the two weeks! You certainly aren't limited to 2 pounds! ;)

i actually am challenging myself to 4 lbs in that time...

wanted to throw somethin out there-have any of you ever written down a specific wt goal w the date? like this week i wrote on 8-19 i will weigh x lbs.

Yes. Actually, Ted Haggard (Jerusalem Diet) says to weigh, write it down, and then write down one pound less for your weigh-in the next week. It's a good plan and something to shoot for.

I do believe that if I stick to my regimen (no coke on the way to work; no beer on the way home) that I could probably lose 4 or more in the next two weeks.

I will try try TRY my best.
