Monday Mania Menu, August 14, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana with a very tight jacket!

    Lunch: Subway turkey sandwhich (points because I was out and STARVING); cherries

    Snack: The Chocolate Frosty Core smoothie that I still haven't gotten

    Dinner: Chipotle Burrito bol (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, guacamole, and cheese for points) served with borwn rice cooked in chicken broth at home.

    d: oven fried chicken, boiled potatoes, milk

    Exercise: 10 minute Pilates, park visit with the kids?

    Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese/tropical fruit cup, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO bbq chicken breast, mixed veggies, tiniest baked potato!

    Snack: cheese string, baby carrots w/dip

    Dinner: Froufie roast, green beans, sweet potato
