Talking Thursday's Tummy Trimming Menu - July 27

Here goes!

Breakfast: sf/ff chocolate cherry fondue yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: LO roast chicken, steamed green beans, 1/2 sweet potato
red grapes

Snack: veggies w/hummus dip

Pre-gym snack: cottage cheese fruit cup

Dinner: tbd

frouf, i am sooooo impressed that you're so well planned. here's all i can post so far.
obviously this is not core. (just typing this disclaimer for the lurkers. why don't you guys post with us some? we'd like to meet you.

l--4 coconut shrimp and 2 tiny egg rolls (all baked) 6 pts. garden mix salad/ feta cheese/ff raspberry dressing (all the salad stuff is core)

Ohhhh...I was SO non-Core yesterday! Today I shall be extra good AND I will start exercising again...I hope in the pool.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

Lunch: SW eggbeater omelet with slice of Borden's FF sharp cheddar cheese

Snack: Cherries

Dinner: Roast chicken in the showtime rotisserie, Core mashed potatoes, and corn

Snack: Grapes or a smoothie

Ya - I'm so well planned I forgot my baggie of cut up veggies at home - luckily have a backup bag of baby carrots in my fridge here at work!!!!
