Lunch: FF cottage chees and pineapple
Dinner: Mixed field greens with balsamic vinagrette (healthy olive oil), tomatoes, red onion and black olives; Filet Mignon, ww angel hair with marinara sauce; fresh green beans with ICBINB light (points)
Snack: Some kind of smoothie for my second milk
