Monday's Munchies Menu - July 10
Here we go:
Breakfast: sf/ff chocolate cherry fondue yogurt, decaf w/light cream Snack: fresh fruit salad (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi!) Lunch: LO marinated ginger sesame steak, roast potatoes, green beans 1 banana Snack: cut up veggies (radishes, peppers, baby carrots, cucumber) w/lf sour cream onion dip Dinner: marinated boneless/skinless chicken breasts, coucous, stir fried veggies sf rice pudding/cool whip Frouf |

s: watermelon l: LO bbq pork, some kind of fruit/veggie s: apple slices d: tuna noodle casserole, peas, milk Angela |
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana
Lunch: I'd like to have a big salad out after Jim's PT. Might be lo's at Niece's house. Snack: Dinner: White Chicken Chili, Corn Corncakes |
B cream of wheat w/skim milk & raspberries
S grapes & apples L lo diet coke chicken D roasted chicken w/mashed potatoes & veggies & garden salad S yogurt or smoothie |

l--pork chop, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, polenta cake s--clementines 3 of them d--half a turkey/cheese sandwich, 2 pts baked cheetos s--3 more clems |
