We Can Do It Wednesday Menu, 7/5/06

  • Planning = Losing!

    B: small piece of chicken
    L: chicken (cooked in crockpot overnight with vinaigrette) and pasta salad (not core--made with vinaigrette and white pasta because that's what I had, with peppers and cucumbers)
    S: sf jello;
    D: salad and soup (if at church) OR chicken with brown rice and veggies (if at home)
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and a banana

    L yo cheese mixed with ff yogurt and sliced peaches and blueberry muffin with glass of skim milk

    D salad with lemon garlic dressing, 2 hamburger patties on polenta buns and core roasted potatoes.
