Tuesday's Tummy Treats - July 4

  • Well I am pretty much ready to go!

    Breakfast: sf/ff yogurt, 1 banana

    Lunch: LO burger, roast potatoes, tossed salad/dressing

    Snack: cut up veggies, hummous dip

    pre-gym snack: hb egg

    Dinner: roast chicken, carrots, couscous w/veggies
    sf rice pudding

  • I'm ready too -- in my head since I don't have to pack up my lunch tomorrow.

    Breakfast: slept late - had coffee with 1/2 cup skim milk and SF DaVinci hazelnut syrup
    Snack: purple grapes
    Lunch: LO hamburger (no bun) with FF cheese, tomato slices, purple onion
    Snack: guacamole and Guiltless Gourmet blue corn tortilla chips
    Dinner: chicken breast, salad with romaine, purple onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow bell peppers and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

    Morning weight: 143.4
    Water: 16 / 16 /
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, banana

    Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs

    Dinner: Sirloin burger, FF cheese, onion, ketchup; ww Core pasta salad, fresh fruit bowl; corn on the cob

    Dessert: Lemon Pop Cake (3 points)
