Breakfast: 1/2 c. vanilla/choc yogurt, decaf w/light cream
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: LO chicken/strawberry/greens/pecans salad w/honey mustard dressing
fresh cherries!
Snack: soy cheese, baby carrots w/dip
Dinner: baked/marinated salmon, steamed asparagus, baked potato w/margarine
Concert: ??? coffee or diet coke and maybe popcorn?
