Marvelous Monday Menu - June 26

  • Guess I'll start!

    Breakfast: 1/2 c. vanilla/choc yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch: LO chicken/strawberry/greens/pecans salad w/honey mustard dressing
    fresh cherries!

    Snack: soy cheese, baby carrots w/dip

    Dinner: baked/marinated salmon, steamed asparagus, baked potato w/margarine

    Concert: ??? coffee or diet coke and maybe popcorn?

    l: LO pizza casserole, green beans, milk
    s: strawberry-banana smoothie, RF graham cracker
    d: pork roast?, tricolor pepper & penne salad, milk

  • Not all Core but darn close, and still healthy

    Breakfast: cheerios and skim milk
    Snack: 8 pita chips and light Laughing Cow cheese wedge (made the pita chips out of whole wheat pitas that I cut into triangles and baked)
    Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat sugar-free bread, natural peanut butter
    Snack: 50% RF cheese, FF yogurt
    Dinner: EITHER LO turkey burger with guacamole OR shrimp and broccoli stiryfry. Depends on what time I get home from work and when I finish afternoon chores.
