Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and fresh blueberries
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese Snack: Blueberry Muffin Dinner: I have no idea but I know that I will have NO control over what is served. |
not many here are there, vickie? we're going to a bbq mid afternoon. my plan is to stay on core. here's what i've had so far:
b--banana l--2 core brownies. i posted the recipe. i added 1/2 cup homemade core granola so my brain would think i had some nuts in them. i'm easy to fool. d--bbq chicken, salad, jalapenos/onions/carrots marinated in the jalapeno juice. (i made this this am using pearl onions), raw veggies, 2 margaritas. (10 pts) s--small slice polenta cake |
Not totally Core but healthy, and it's what I ate:
Breakfast: cheerios, skim, whole wheat sugar-free bread with natural peanut butter Snack: celery and hummus Lunch: didn't Snack: didn't Dinner: turkey burger, corn, salad with romaine, purple onion, feta cheese, and light Italian dressing Maybe later: cantaloupe and blackberries |
