Magical Monday Menu - June 12

  • Okay - not sure what I'm eating - trying for one meal at a time.

    Breakfast: yogurt, fruit salad

    Lunch: 2 chicken drumsticks, veggies
    apple

    Snack: tbd

    Dinner: salmon filets, baked potato, asparagus
    fresh pineapple slices

    Snack: popcorn if required

    d: some sort of chicken, baked potato, salad
    s: SF/FF pudding
  • This is the plan:

    Breakfast: Had a coke on the way to work -- it'll have to count (3)
    Snack: Carrots and dill dip (3)
    Lunch: Light string cheese, 6 Triscuits, tuna salad (7)
    Snack/dinner: Simply Jif PB and club crackers (8)

    Total: 21
    Morning weight: 146.4
    Water: 32 / 24 / 24 / 12
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal, fresh blueberries

    Snack: Cantaloupe

    Lunch: Salad, turkey.....

    Dinner: Chipotle chicken bowl

    Dessert: Lemon blueberry muffin

  • angela, i'm embarassed to say i didn't like it. the reason i'm embarassed is i messed it up. my banana wasn't ripe enough and i used banana extract instead of almond extract cuz i didn't have the almond. i didn't eat it. when you make it, let me know what you think. i'm interested to know if i had used the right stuff would it have been better.

    L. Barbequed chicken cutlets, roasted chickpeas w/onions made in olive oil
    S. canteloupe
    D. Barbequed pork chops, couscous, broccoli & garden salad
    Desert. Maybe a smoothie to get my milk in

    I made this delicious barbeque sauce, it was as good or better than store bought, very thick

    1/4 - 1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp teriyaki sauce
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp chili powder
