Thirsty Thursday Menu, 6/8/06

  • I'm not exemplary core today!! I didn't plan ahead--this is what happens!

    b: shredded wheat, splenda, skim milk
    s: string cheese (1 pt)
    l: rf cheese sandwich on ww (2 pts); salad
    s: sf jello; pita with hummus if needed (1 pt)
    d: pork tenderloin, boiled potatoes, green beans
  • Bottle of water on the way to work
    Breakfast: cheerios with sliced banana and milk
    Snack: RF Wheat Thins and hummus
    Lunch: FF cottage cheese, fruit, and 1/4 Schlotzsky's sandwich
    Dinner: ??
  • Breakfast: 1 1/2 cups shredded wheat and bran, blueberries and 12 ounces skim milk 7 points

    Lunch: Large eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese crumbles

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

    Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, potato wedges made with 2 tsp canola oil, 1 and a 1/2 cups broccoli, ICBINB light 2 points

    Dessert: 1/2 cup Orange Dreamsicle

    l: LO taco salad w/dressing (2 pts), coleslaw, milk
    s: orange, diet soda
    d: Chicken Souvlaki with Brown Rice and Yogurt Sauce, milk
