CORE on your own?
 

Hi, I've been hearing good things about this diet, and it sounds to me like a really healthy way to lose weight. I would love to try it, but the things is that I don't have the time or money to enroll in an actual program with meetings. I was wondering if this diet is easy enough to do on your own?

id suggest just going for one week to get the materials you need&THEN doing it @ home....

I agree, you will need the materials in order to know what's going on. I have never gone to a ww meeting either, I ordered a kit on ebay. Just a thought! We'll be glad to help you any way we can though! Core is a great way of eating.

Thanks. I like the idea of eating only healthy foods, because I LOVE fruits and veggies and whole grains and things like that (I get fruits and veggies at cost because my boyfriend works at a produce warehouse). But I'm just not sure how to get started. Maybe I will try one of those at-home kits. I only know I can't show up to the meetings! I never have enough time. :D

those kits are expensive..... you cant find time to go a meeting even one time? the joining fee is usually under 20 dollars and gives you the stuff you need to start
