Great to see you here, Angela! I always know that your posting your menu means that you are buckling down. I just thought about smothered barley chicken the other day. I haven't made it in eons.
Breakfast: Shredd wheat and bran, equal, skim and banana Lunch: Dr. Praeger's california burger and FF cottage cheese and peaches. Snack: Fresh pineapple Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with brown rice cooked in broth Snack: I'm craving popcorn |
Need to try to control what goes in my mouth today!
Breakfast: lf cottage cheese w/apple cinammon topping, decaf w/light cream Lunch: lebanese moussaka (cold mixture of chickpeas, onions, eggplant in tomato sauce), tossed salad w/french dressing Snack: 1 apple, red grapes Dinner: teriyaki chicken, veggies, brown rice Snack (may go out shopping tonight): lf, decaf cappuccino |
