B--1/2 WW bagel/light cream cheese
l--coconut shrimp, spreadable fruit, snap peas s--granola bar s--dq 1 pt fudge bar d--2 weiners, 1 bun, chili, onion, grated cheese, mustard s--chocolate covered almonds s--cantaloupe total pts today 35 this is the closest to a binge i've been lately. no excuses. just did it. |
