Tantalizing Tuesday Tummy Temptations
Nothing like planninng ahead!
Breakfast: cottage cheese w/fruit, decaf w/light cream Snack: 1 banana Lunch: LO 2 coq au vin drumsticks, baby carrots/mushrooms, brown rice fresh strawberries Snack: apple, milk Dinner:?? probably broiled lean burger, mashed potatoes, broccoli sf jello |
Okay, I am going to try again.
Breakfast: none Lunch: baked potato with FF sour cream and FF cheese Dinner: sandwich with SF whole wheat bread and Simply Jif, milk |
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, equal, skim, banana
Lunch: Broiled chicken breast sandwhich (3 points) with homemade salsa; couple of bites of baked potato plain Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, Oven fries, broccoli |
I feel like it's been so long since I REALLY did core that I have forgotten what to eat. Isn't that terrible? But I'm going to work on re-building my recipes and menus this week. You guys are looking great!

S. piece of core corn bread L. Broiled flounder, roasted chickpeas S. sf ff banana pudding D. Cream of wheat cereal with half a banana S. probably fruit or popcorn |
cow with egg white and milk
shrimp sandwich with veggies fruit popcorn fruit chicken, oven fries, asparagus and beets applesauce and yogurt that's it |
