Saturday menu, 5/6/06
NOTE: Flex week
Breakfast: scrambled egg, 2 slices of reduced fat bacon, skim milk (6) Snack: 6 Triscuits, 1 oz. swiss cheese (4) Lunch: tuna salad, unsweetened applesauce (3) Snack: celery, 2 T. pimento cheese spread (2) Dinner: Gorton's cajun grilled fish, salad with lettuce, tomato, Wishbone spritz, and milk (4) Snack: Blue Bell mini rainbow popsicle (1) Total: 20 points |
Kathy, I hope you get it all in! It's so much more than I ever see you post. I hope this gets your body moving downward. Have you tried the spritz yet?

I haven't tried it yet (well, just on my finger) but I have already had my breakfast so I'm on my way.

Hi, so far so good. I really feel like I am not dieting on this program.
B. 2 fried eggs & tomatoes, I used pam instead of oil S. sf ff pudding & cantalope l. 2 small round sandwich steaks w/broccoli S. Popcorn & Banana D. Barbequed wings (no sauce), salad w/ ff italian dressing w/ olive oil & corn S. 2 weight watchers snack cakes 2pts |
