  • This is not a core menu! Trying to rid my home of all LO food.

    l: LO green beans, corn, and dumplings (8?? I have no idea...I'm sure there's lard in the green beans and a few sticks of butter in the corn because it's LO from my aunt's cooking yesterday)
    s: wheat crackers (2); cookies (2)
    d: chicken breast cooked in ff italian (4?), green beans and corn (4?)

    l--lo turkey breast, 2 tablespoons dressing, mixed veggies, cranberries
    s--south beach diet cookies (100 cal)

    d--ff pizza (i eat a lot of pizzas, don't i?)
  • I'll answer for her! Not that she isn't capable herself! It's a great little recipe Angela has posted on our board.
  • it should be on our recipe board...basically it's potatoes, ham & eggs cooked together...a breakfast skillet thing. I like it.

  • Breakfast: Egg beater omelet dry with turkey sausage (points), avocado, and salsa

    Lunch: 2 pieces whole wheat stone ground multi-grain bread toasted with ICBINB (points for the whole thing. Struggling here.

    Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy EVOO), ww angel hair with marinara and mushrooms. Passed on the fabulous unlimited garlic bread.
