This is not a very core menu, but here it is anyway. Counting pts for everything.

I'm not hungry but I know I should eat -- I just don't know what to do because nothing sounds good.

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana Lunch: Kosher hot dog on a bun with kraut and mustard (8 points). At least the kraut was Core! Snack: Sweet and Salty granola bar (4 points) Dinner: Chiptole buritto bowl (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, salsa, hot sauce, cheese (3 points), and guacamole) Snack: Maybe popcorn |
