    Lunch: Sirloin burger, FF cheese, raw onion, ketchup, and pickle; FF cottage cheese

    Dinner: Rotisserie Chicken in my Showtime Rotisserie, Core mashed potatoes, and double serving of fresh green beans with dill and ICBINB light

    Dessert: SF/FF banana cream pudding with fresh strawberries with equal
