Breakfast: Farina made with skim, equal and ICBINB light (1 point) Lunch: FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Fruit Natural pineapple cup Snack: Shredded wheat, skim, equal and a small banana. I was hungry. TOM is looming. Dinner: Froufy Roast, Core mashed potatoes, and double portion broccoli Snack: Not sure |
