Friday menu, 3/10/06

  • Breakfast: oatmeal, skim milk, banana
    Lunch: this is a tough one because we'll be celebrating the new bike pick up and will probably eat out. I'm hoping for Chilis so I can get the guiltless chicken platter and eat the Core things off of it (chicken, corn on the cob, steamed veggies -- ignoring the rice)
    Dinner: Gorton's cajun grilled fish fillet, big salad

    Snacks: ???
  • Breakfast: Mixed fruit, coffee with splenda

    Lunch: mixed veggies, baked chicken breast

    Snack: 94% fat free popcorn, diet soda

    Dinner Lean steak, grilled mixed veggies with a little evoo & seasonings

    Snack if i need it
    And of course my 3-32 oz jugs of water
  • Kathy, Chili's has let me sub black beans instead of rice before, just so you know.

    s: york peppermint patty (2 pts); carrots
    d: guiltless chicken or fajitas at chili's
    s: sf/ff pudding

    Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran with skim, 2 splenda, and banana

    Lunch: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Pineapple natural

    Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie

    Dinner: Huge Salad (baby blend, tomatoes, mushrooms, FF italian); couple of slices of ultra thin pizza with mushrooms and fresh garlic (points)
