Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Coll and I am starting WW core tomorrow. This is my first time on WW and I am doing it on my own. I would like to loose 10 lbs, and I am hoping this is the program for me. I have done SB diet before, but have always gone back to my old eating habits 1/2 way through it.

hello coll we have all been where you at . I wish you luck, I right now am doing low carb. but I would love to try out this WW core, I don't what to go and join at this time in my life, I am only a little over my goal, and I will get back to it ,but I do like that you can eat a lot of veggies . hope that it works out for you ,i have read a bit on it, but it will be good that you go to get all that you need to know, it sounds like you can if the need be eat a lot of veg, good luck jackie o
