Tuesday menu, Feb. 21, 2006
 
Breakfast: 1/2 PB sandwich with whole wheat bread and Simply Jif PB, cup of skim milk

Lunch: rotisserie chicken, pinto beans with salsa, clementine

Dinner: big salad with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and reduced fat 1000 Island dressing

Snacks: water with key lime slices

Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim milk
Lunch: Core Baked Ziti
Dinner: Brown Rice and Chicken
Snack: Banana and pineapple

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda and fresh blueberries

Lunch: Southwestern Eggbeater omelet with FF american cheese cheese

Snack: Celery and FF Marzetti's dill dip

Snack: Chocolate Frosty smoothie

I AM STARVING TODAY!!!!

Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with chicken, beans, 2 kinds of salsa, lettuce, guacamole, and cheese (points)

Snack: Popcorn

On course today - so not exactly core - need to bring lunch tomorrow!

Breakfast: 1 banana muffin, grapes, decaf w/cream

Lunch: italian wedding soup, caesar side salad, crackers, 3 tangerines
1 donut hole

Snack: diet pepsi, apple

Dinner: grilled steak, steamed cauliflower & broccoli, sweet potato, sauteed onions and mushrooms
