  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: Banana

    Lunch: LO tamale pie from the freezer

    Dinner: Spring mix salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and FF honey dijon; Homemade Core Chunky Meat Sauce with ww rotini, fresh green beans with smart balance (points)

    Snack: Hot tea with skim and splenda; two Nature's Ovens oatmeal raisin cookies (3 points)

    snacks: hardboiled eggwhites
    lunch: tomato soup made w/ff milk
    snack: diet cocoa made w/ffmilk
    snack: red pepper strips and celery and bean dip?
    dinner: salad and chicken
    snack: popcorn if needed

  • Yum....I forgot about my hot chocolate. What a great treat/snack that would be especially now that I have TOM and want CHOCOLOATE!!!!
