  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Subway tuna with black olives and raw onion on whole wheat (points)

    Snack: Edamame during the Super Bowl while we wait to see if we one on either of our "squares". Jim will be eating peanuts and I'll be ignoring him!

    Dinner: Roast Chicken from my Showtime Rotisserie, Core mashed potatoes, corn

    Snack: Hot tea with splenda and skim milk
