new to core
 

Hello evryone and I was wanting to get acquinted with you all. Is there any in here that are doing core food plan and does anyone know where I might be able to get some recipes for the plan? I am 63 and retired and trying to lose 120 pounds. I could use all the help you can give me.

There are all kinds of different threads and we have a whole section with Core recipes. I think you'll love us (if I don't say so myself!).
