? about changes to core.
 

is it all right to discuss new additions to core plan? if so, what are some? i know lisa said corn tortillas were not added. i was just wondering if some of the things we had been thinking of as "almost core" were added.

Sandra, I haven't heard about any changes to Core. I specifically asked my Leader the first week in January and she said they're weren't any. I'll ask again on Monday. Don't you weigh in tomorrow? I'm dying to hear.

vickie, i am going to have to wi sat am this week cuz my cardiologist appt is same time as ww in the am. i'll ask about new core foods then, too. i was thinking i'd heard that a few items had been added to the core list. didn't lisa say something about that earlier? i'm thinking she's the one who told me corn tortillas weren't added.
