I know that January is almost over but I've been meaning to do this all year. I thought we could have monthly NSV threads to remind ourselves of the small (sometimes large) victories without digging through old threads.

Mine today: I did not eat birthday cake being served at staff meeting, even though a very large piece had already been cut for me!

Saturday at the mall I had a 6 inch veggie sub with 1 piece of cheese- a lot less than I used to eat at the mall! I also bought jeans in the regular misses department!

Went skating with my daughter! Didn't fall *once*! Felt fantastic!!

I too avoided birthday cake today at work - we did go out for lunch to celebrate - then had cake when we came back and I politely declined!
