Friday's Feast - Jan 13 Menu

  • Well I'm ready to go!

    Breakfast: oatmeal, banana, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO minute steak, sweet potato, stir fry veggies
    vat of fruit salad

    Snack: cut up red and green peppers and baby carrots w/ranch dip

    dinner:? tbd - may be going to gf's - probably chicken??? etc....
    If I'm home??? no idea! Probably pasta & sauce?

    Breakfast: oatmeal, milk
    Snack: carrots and dill dip, boiled egg
    Lunch: black beans with salsa
    Snack: popcorn
    Dinner: fish filet, steamed broccoli

    1 slice Milton's ww toast, peanut butter and sliced apple (3 points; I then did a 7 point karate workout)

    Salad with hard-boiled egg, ff dressing

    Snacks: 94% ff popcorn, apple, banana, 2 Morningstar Farms breakfast patties, Israeli pickles

    Dinner:
    Black bean soup (canned black beans blended with salsa, vegetable broth and chopped scallions, optional ff sour cream on the top)
