Saturday's Sustenance Menu, January 7, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: None

    Lunch: Shredded wheat with skim, splenda and a banana

    Snack: None

    Dinner: Out to new restaurant. Grilled pork chops, baked potato with smart balance (points), steamed veggies; homemade chunky applesauce.

    Snack: Hot decaf tea with milk and splenda and 2 natural ovens oatmeal raisin cookies (points)
  • I'm not sure but can edit it later. Here's what I've got so far:

    B: 1/2 sandwich of WhWh SF bread and 1T. Simply Jif, banana, milk

    S: popcorn

    L: tomato soup, milk, clementine

    D: Gorton's fish fillet, brown rice, broccoli
  • brunch: fried eggs w/2 pieces of ww toast
    s: clementine, apple slices
    l: lean cuisine meal
    d: going to johnny carino's...??
    s: maybe movie popcorn?

    My weekend plan:

    Brunch: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice ww toast w/margarine, sliced tomato

    Snack: fresh fruit (probably pineapple or cherries), probiotic yogurt

    Snack: cereal w/milk (before going to dinner!)

    Dinner: salad, cheese fondue w/bread cubes?, white wine
    coffee - not sure about what else is being served?

  • Staying home today which makes it much easier for me:
    breakfast snack: Lite ENg. muffin w/butter (pts)
    breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk
    lunch: chili
    dinner: shrimp stir fry with scallions and pineapple served over WW pasta
    snack: veggies and fruit and popcorn if needed
