  • Breakfast: maltomeal, toast with Take Control margarine (2 pts)

    Lunch: tomato soup, small piece of turkey, milk

    Dinner: big salad with romaine, purple onion, red pepper, mushrooms, RF feta, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing, baked potato with FF cheese and FF sour cream

    Snack: clementine
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: banana

    Lunch: LO Core meatloaf with LO Core mashed potatoes

    Dinner: Salad with mushrooms, tomatoes and FF honey dijon; Core cola chicken, Core oven fries, broccoli

    Snack: Popcorn for New Year's Eve!
