Sunday's Sustenance, November 20, 2005
Breakfast: None! I was in dreamland
Lunch: Huge Core pancake made from Oatmeal, cottage cheese, and eggs. Snack: 1/2 cup homemade applesauce Snack 2: Cherry Garcia smoothie Dinner: Chipotle bowl with grilled chicken, romaine, tomato salsa, hot sauce, whole pinto beans, cheese (points), avocado, and brown rice made at home with chicken broth Snack: Probably hot tea with skim and splenda and two natural ovens cookies (points) I CANNOT believe that tomorrow is weigh in already! |
It's hard to believe that nobody ate today! :lol: I barely did but might as well post anyway.
B: nothing L: 1 slice of WW bread with RF pepperjack cheese melted on it D: salad with FF 1000 Island (lettuce, red onion, mushrooms, carrots) No wonder I'm hungry! I'd better drink a few more bottles of water so I can get some sleep tonight. |
OH I ate allright! Enuf for a few of us? ha ha ha
Breakfast out: skillet meal: poached egg on veggies etc (onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, potatoes and a bit of cheese), rye toast w/jam, fruit cup, decaf coffee w/cream Lunch: slice of bread w/liverwurst, sliced tomato, sf rice pudding Dinner: small slice of pizza, 2 chicken wings Snack: bbq potato chips (okay I had some, but did not eat the whole bag!) Frouf |
