Thanks for starting the thread Kathy - helps to plan ahead.

Are you eating enuf? Your menu seems a bit sparse to me? (did I mention that I'm starving right now? )

Breakfast: (probably) oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

Staff meeting from 10-12 and I sure hope they don't serve snacks like cookies or muffins - I would have some coffee I guess?

Lunch: LO baked marinated salmon, 1/2 baked potato w/margarine, steamed cauliflower and broccoli

Snack: sliced pineapple

Dinner: have boneless skinless chicken thighs in fridge - hoping to make something w/them using onions, mushrooms, zucchini and some canned tomatoes - maybe over couscous? or should I throw in some barley? as in smothered barley chicken? hmmmm

Believe it or not, Frouf, that is 21 WW points. Trust me, I've checked!

I don't know what plan you could say that I am eating, so I'm going to count points today just to check myself.

B: oatmeal (2)
L: turkey sandwich (3); salad (2)
S: applesauce (1)
D: rotissiere chicken (5), black beans (3), rice (5)
S: maybe a cappucino or coke of some sort, as we are going to a concert tonight

That's 21 so far.
