Monster Monday Menu! Happy Halloween!
Medium coke on the way to work (3 pts)
B: 1/3 cup oatmeal and 1 cup of milk (for some reason, that oatmeal was gagging me so I had to bail out of it) :( L: 2 slices of Nature's Own 100% WW bread (2 pts), tuna salad S: deviled egg D: lean HB patty on 100% WW bun (2 pts), lettuce, tomato, FF Miracle Whip Six bottles of water Total for today is 7 WPAs, so I'll have to watch it closely |

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in
Lunch: Spring mix salad with grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, red onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and FF honey dijon Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with brown rice made with chicken broth made at home Snack: Popcorn with smart balance (points) |
