Fill 'er Up Friday Menu! - Oct 28
 
Looks like I get to start!

Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese/pineapple mix, decaf w/light cream

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: LO piece of grilled steak, 1/2 sweet potato, mixed veggies
plum

Snack:? fruit or popcorn (or some instant oatmeal if I'm really hungry?)

Dinner: have some leftover ww spaghetti to finish off - will defrost some ground turkey and maybe make some meatballs in tomato sauce to eat with that?

Snack:? cereal & milk if hungry

Here's mine!

B: Oops, I accidentally left it at home. So I had a coke on the way to work (3 pts) and some sweet potato chips when I got here. I'm okay for now.
L-1: 1/2 cup black beans
L-2: tuna salad on WW bread (2 pts for bread)
S: popcorn
D: Lean HB patty with FF cheese, salad, milk

Okay, I'll halfway confess. It is good for the soul (so I hear).

B: blow-out
L: salad and maybe applesauce
D: I have to go to the grocery, but I'm thinking some pork chops, baked potato, and sauteed veggies, maybe a salad
S: popcorn w/ranch seasoning

Here's mine

B- 2 breakfast burritos made with one egg,two whites ea w/2% cheese on la tortilla lf/lc tortillas and .5tsp ketchup (2pts for the tortillas? Do I count these?)
Coffee w/sf creamer (1)

L- LO chicken breast in a salad w/ croutons (1) and ff caeser dressing
strawberries w/splenda (about .25cup LO in the fridge)

S-Cafe latte w/skim milk 16ozs. and splenda

D-LO chicken breast w/baked potato and green beans
grapes

S-popcorn and milk

I am a little too full from dinner so I may not have a snack.....although it is only 5:30 on a friday night. DH is drinking a beer and man, I would like to have one.....but I don't NEED one. Full, full. I need to work on that eating till satisfied thing..although my dinner really if I was on flex was only 9.5 w/ the grapes. I think I like this plan better.....really not much counting except EXTRA stuff right? What do you guys do when you go out to eat? Not eat buns and such? I asked for dressing on the side and no butter etc....but I always ate the bun and things. Ok babbling...see ya tommorrow!

Yes, you must count points for the tortillas. :)
