Whatcha eating? Wednesday menu, Oct. 26

  • No Coke for me this morning! Of course, it wasn't because of MY willpower; Judd was driving. However, I'll take it as my daily NSV.

    B: regular cooked oatmeal with Splenda, skim milk
    S: banana
    L-1: sandwich with 100% whole wheat bread, FF cheese, FF Miracle Whip (2 WPAs for the bread)
    L-2: black beans
    S: 94%FF popcorn and small box of raisins (2 WPAs for the raisins)
    D: baked potato with FF sour cream and FF cheese, grilled chicken breast, milk
  • B-Plain grits with FF spray Butter, 2 hard boiled eggs
    2 cups of coffee and 1 liter of water
    Snack-banana
    Lunch-homemade chicken and veggie soup with a diet coke
    Snack-apple
    Dinner-Turkey burger, green beans, 2 small new potatoes
    May have some popcorn with brewers yeast!

  • Well I didn't do too badly?

    Breakfast at home: bowl of raisin bran and milk

    Conference - 3 cups of coffee w/cream

    1st snack (so hungry at 10:30am) - the nature valley granola bar I stuck in my purse

    2nd snack (11:30 - no lunch til after 1 pm!!!) - the apple I stuck in my coat pocket

    Lunch: buffet - first a salad plate, whole wheat roll, butter
    Then: chicken in red pepper sauce, small scoop of white rice - big serving of steamed veggies (like half the plate!), and while there were many yummy desserts on the buffet (like pecan pie, lemon meringue pie, nanaimo bars, apple coffee cake, mocha cake) I simply filled my plate w/watermelon slices, pieces of canteloupe and honeydew and some orange slices!!!

    Don't know how much water I actually drank, but kept a few water glass at my table and was constantly sipping throught the day! (which made those bathroom breaks very, very important...lol)

    Dinner: eggplant salad, cherry tomatoes, 2 slices bread, green tea
    1/2 c. blueberries

    Snack: popcorn w/ICBINB spray, sf/ff fudge bar - more water and a diet lime coke!
